Welcome if you're reading this! This is purely my attempt at keeping track of where I've been and what I've found in my daily research. Maybe you'll find something that helps you or interests you and maybe not.
I've been interested in genealogy since I was a teen. After I became a mom I would pester my grandmother with questions which she hated answering so I didn't get much info from her. My parents were divorced when I was in elementary school, and didn't know much about my dad's side of the family so that was where I started researching when I joined Ancestry.com a few years back.
I have now found siblings, distant cousins, and even an uncle. All of these people add to who I am.
For today I'm trying to find a research checklist that will help me keep track of the records I have so I'm not doubling my efforts.
